Septic Tank Pumping/Cleaning:

When you call Williams & Sons Services Inc. we will make sure that your septic tank is cleaned properly every time by our well trained technicians.  You can rest assured that there will no solids left behind and your tank will be as close to new as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with the job your technician does please call our office and ask to speak with the owner John Williams.

Electronic Septic Tank Locating:

If do not know where your septic tank is located, no need to worry because we can find it quickly with our camera and locating equipment.  It takes all the guess work out of locating your septic tank.  This equipment even tells us how deep it is to the top of your septic tank.

Digging Services:

We offer hand digging service if you would like to have us uncover the main lid or lids of your septic tank.  We will hand dig up to 3 feet deep. If your septic tank main lid is deeper than 3 feet, you will need to hire a local excavator to dig up the lid.

Septic Drain Unplugging:

If your drain is plugged up between the house and your septic tank, we have equipment on our trucks to get your drain running freely again.  If you are having problems with drains which lead to your septic tank, remember do not to run any equipment from the house out to the septic tank.  This can damage your inlet baffle.  Always open these drains from the septic tank to the house.

Septic Tank System Evaluation:

Our trained technicians will evaluate the condition of your septic tank system when they arrive to clean your septic tank. The technician  will be able to inform you of the condition of your septic tank, septic tank lid and your inlet and outlet baffles. He will also inspect the operating level of your system. The normal operating level should be about 6-10 inches from the top of the tank. If this level is to high, it usually means your drainage field is not operating normally.  In most cases if the liquid or waste is pushing out the top of your tank, you will need drainage field work done soon.
